Excellence at Every Stage

Quality has always been the prime forte of excellence at CR Rubber and Seals. Every product that leaves our Navi Mumbai facility undergoes stringent multi-stage quality inspection — from raw material selection right through to final dispatch.

Our dedicated quality management team ensures adherence to the exacting requirements of Indian Standards (IS) and international client specifications. With in-house rubber compounding and CNC manufacturing, we maintain full control over every stage of production.

QUALITY PROCESS

Five-Stage Quality Assurance

Samples for approval are provided as per requirement. Every order moves through five rigorous quality stages.

  1. Step 1

    Raw Material Inspection

    All incoming materials checked against specifications. Only approved materials proceed to production.

  2. Step 2

    In-Process Quality Control

    Dimensional checks during CNC machining and moulding. Out-of-spec pieces rejected immediately.

  3. Step 3

    In-House Testing

    Pressure, temperature and dimensional testing in our in-house testing facility.

  4. Step 4

    Final Inspection

    Every finished product inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface finish and material compliance before packaging.

  5. Step 5

    Pre-Shipment Check

    Final check against order specifications before dispatch. Full documentation accompanying each shipment.
